your world of
social media is Chaos.
BLIND SPOT makes it
An interactive storytelling tool
for social media
GATHER YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA IN ONE PLACE
Cut through the noise and get a view of the social media that matters to you from channels like Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Vimeo and Soundcloud.
In a world of billions of photos, videos, sounds and texts we help you find what you really need – and turn chaos into order.
SPEAK THE NEW CREATIVE LANGUAGE OF THE WORLD
The soul of the Internet is links. We just made them a little more interesting by giving them a graphical interface and calling them spots.
You can place spots on top of videos, photos, texts and sounds and bind it all together in creative ways. It allows you to turn existing social media into a new kind of interactive stories. We call it the Social Narrative.
FIND YOUR PEOPLE AND SHARE YOUR STORY
The nature of the Internet is both nomadic and gather oriented. People come together when they are interested in the same subject, but otherwise have their own individual path.
On BLIND SPOT your story is automatically seen by people interested in the same thing as you. It helps you find your people and turns sharing into a social experience that makes sense.

Today I used my sunday on speaking to a bunch of interactive documentary makers at the iDocs project. When they asked me if I wanted to do a workshop on financing your interactive documentary I took the challenge with a bit of anxiety. It’s not something I worked a lot with. However what I have worked a lot with is financing startups, so I figured out I could talk about approaching your interactive documentary like a startup – I think it got to be a nice presentation. Here it is:
This past week I had the pleasure of speaking at The Conference in Malmo. A really nice event about the complexity of digital media (and a lot of other stuff). I talked about what I call “the new campfire” which is basically the future of interactive media, which is the biggest shift since the printing press. Here is the video:
Every day billions of photos, texts and recordings are shared online, and our mission is to use this in a better way for the benefit of all of us. There is just so much we can learn from our collective creations, and we want to be the enabler of this.
Not a lot of people can disagree with that from the outset, but once you start to show what our product can do eyebrows are raised among a lot of photographers, journalists and others that make media for a living.
